Booking
25% deposit payable immediately – not refundable. Payment confirms acceptance of booking conditions.
Balance due not less than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit of 300 euros, payable on arrival, refundable on departure after routine checks.
The apartment is privately owned and used by us as a second home. We have equipped it as such and have tried to think of every detail to make it a wonderful place for an enjoyable holiday. We have a very helpful, efficient manager for the apartment ; Stefanie Zickler, together with her assistant Annette and husband David, will contact you after you have paid your deposit to us. She will help with directions, meet you at the apartment, arrange cleaning and maintenance, and in the unlikely event of any problems with the apartment will be your Mrs. Fixit.
